Private Placement Loan Notes
Novarex may introduce eligible investors to private-placement loan-note opportunities offered by third-party issuers.
Novarex does not issue, structure or underwrite such securities and does not provide investment advice concerning them.
The terms, security arrangements, repayment obligations and risks of each opportunity are determined by the relevant issuer and transaction counterparties and are set out in the applicable investment documentation.
Litigation Finance
Novarex may introduce eligible investors to third-party litigation-finance opportunities.

Before agreeing to market an opportunity, we may undertake a commercial review of information supplied by the relevant issuer, borrower, investment vehicle or professional counterparty.
This review is undertaken for Novarex’s own commercial purposes. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a credit rating or a representation that an investment is suitable for any particular investor.
Eligible investors may request further information and, where appropriate, be introduced to the relevant issuer or transaction counterparty.
Investors remain responsible for undertaking their own assessment of each opportunity.
